Application Process
- Should an individual meet the given criteria, they must fill out the ICHS Fellowship Application Form. A processing fee of 10% of the Fellowship rank fee is applicable and non-refundable.
- The application will be reviewed within 7 working days.
- Once approved, the applicant may use one of the following methods to complete the payment and finalize the application process:
a) Through the link attached to the confirmation email.
b) By logging into their ICHS account. - Once finalized, the applicant will receive an email stating the confirmation of their fellowship status and it will be reflected on ICHS website.
